To apply you must complete the application above
You must provide proof of your community services card
Once we contact you to approve your application you will be required to pay $30 into our bank account
You will be given a voucher number, and then you will need to call our veterinary clinic to book an appointment at a time that suits you.
PLEASE make sure to follow through on your appointment as no shows are a waste of volunteer time & resources.
Promotion includes desexing & microchipping with NZCAR registration
For cats only at this stage
Open only to Whakatane residents
Must have a valid community services card
